Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 5306, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 5306 ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically.

5306 services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of this service is permitted under the laws applicable in your place of residence.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on 5306. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. 5306 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and may request supporting documents where necessary. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended or closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or a third party. Contact 5306 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Prohibited Use

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Sharing your account with another person or transferring account ownership.
• Using the platform for any fraudulent, manipulative, or illegal activity.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's infrastructure.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All transactions on the 5306 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via payment methods approved by the platform, including but not limited to online banking, e-wallets, and local bank transfers.

You are responsible for ensuring that all funds used for deposits are legally yours and not sourced from any illegal or unauthorised means. 5306 reserves the right to request proof of fund ownership if any transaction appears suspicious.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as processing times, are subject to change. The latest information on payment methods and limits is available in the deposit section of your account. 5306 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to a verified method. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification, which may require additional documentation before approval.

Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability

5306 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or failure to complete identity verification.

In the event of an account suspension or closure due to a terms violation, the account balance may be frozen pending investigation. If the violation is confirmed, 5306 reserves the right to forfeit the remaining balance without compensation.

Limitation of Liability: 5306 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including data loss, service disruption, or financial loss. 5306's total liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount of the user's last successfully processed deposit.

The 5306 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

All content on the 5306 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interfaces, software code, and brand names — is the intellectual property of 5306 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission.

The 5306 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers or game providers. 5306 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Access to such links is entirely at the user's own risk.

Other brand names, products, or services mentioned on the platform are trademarks of their respective owners and do not imply any endorsement or affiliation by 5306.

Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

5306 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. You are responsible for reviewing this page regularly to stay informed of the latest terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 5306 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
